HOW WE WORK
Easy as...
1.
Send us as much (project dwgs, pdf's, surveys etc) or little (photos, a sketch, any dimensions, ideas) information as you like.
2.
We will send a mid process design with various screenshots for you to check to make sure we are on the same page. (if required)
3.
Your 3d rendered images are on their way (electronically), in the format of your choosing eg: jpeg, png, tiff, pdf etc. Or even paper copies if you prefer.
The information you send us can be almost anything
The documents you send really can be anywhere from architects / planning drawings to that quick sketch you have done over the kitchen table.
If you are concerned, just send it through and we''ll let you know if it's useable.
What's the process?
ARCHITECTS & PROJECT MANAGERS
More often than not they require visualisation images to show the client or for planning. Maybe it's a mid project tender and that design will help get you over the winning line.
Whichever one, they usually know what they need and how to do it.
We can deal with almost any format of file, we can suit your work flow.
LANDSCAPERS & BUILDERS
Do you already have a project on the go or trying to convince the customer to go ahead with your fantastical ideas?
Just send some photos of the area and sketch with dims of what you want (usually on the back of a paint tin or rag!)
We will get the images back to you in no time and little mrs doris will more than convinced that she spending the money with you.
HOMEOWNERS
Do you have an idea for your garden or maybe you're just thinking about it but unsure of spending all that money?
Well all you need to do is send some photos of the house and garden along with a little line hand drawing showing size, material and colour and out team will create a stunning visual so you can see your gardens potential.
OUTDOOR LIVING COMPANIES
There tend to be one of two options.
Have you or one of your team already been for a site visit?
If so, that's great, just send along any photos and dimensions along with the customers product information.
If not, has a customer made an enquiry but not sure whether to book a visit? No problem. That is one of the great scenarios when are service excels. Just give us a rough idea of what the customer would like along with some of their photos. Once you have made the site visit and firmed up your design, we can adjust the 3D to suit.

Planning Applications
Some local authorities require an application for your new veranda or garden room. Talk to us about how we can put together the drawings required for this to be a pleasant and smooth process.
All packs come with everything you need for the application.
You can be sent the drawings for submission or we can take care of it for you to leave you stress free.
